00:05:53 ◼   ► But I'd be at the hotel Monday, you know, late afternoon, still get to like really had a dinner Monday night.

00:06:02 ◼   ► Get to have meetings with people.

00:06:05 ◼   ► So get up Monday morning, getting ready to go to the airport.

00:06:08 ◼   ► And it happens again.

00:06:12 ◼   ► We will rebook you on a future flight.

00:06:16 ◼   ► The flight that they wanted to put me on then would get me coming into San Jose at like midnight, Monday night.

00:06:24 ◼   ► And at that point, I just pulled the ripcord.

00:06:27 ◼   ► I was like, I can't fly across the country to be because I had to come home Thursday like that.

00:06:32 ◼   ► I couldn't extend my trip.

00:06:33 ◼   ► And flying across the country for effectively two days just doesn't make any sense.

00:06:41 ◼   ► So you called me and it's like I said to you, you'd be here for like 36 hours.

00:07:20 ◼   ► Because like I, they took the first night off my reservation for free, which I already wasn't eligible for because it was like within the 24-hour window or whatever they had.

00:07:30 ◼   ► So I called them back, you know, the next day.

00:07:32 ◼   ► I'm like, hey, I'm actually not coming at all.

00:07:35 ◼   ► And she was like, okay, like we'll cancel your reservation.
